She has been reported to have been 'fired' from Anger Management by her co-star and the show's producer Charlie Sheen. But Selma Blair looked distinctly unruffled on Monday as she stepped out smiling with her toddler son Arthur. The 40-year-old star seemed to be making a big effort to appear happy as she carried the 23-month-old youngster through the studio city area of Los Angeles.

Sporting a casual striped blue shirt with jeans and plimsolls, Selma waved and smiled as she carried Arthur back to her car following a shopping trip.

It has been reported that Charlie is refusing to shoot the FX show if Selma is present on the set after the pair had a huge falling out.
Charlie, 47, is even said to have fired the 40-year-old actress after allegedly hearing reports that she'd 'badmouthed' him to executives at the network.

According to TMZ, Selma told bosses that she doesn't rate Charlie's work ethic and complained that he's often late.
When he found out, Charlie allegedly complained that as the star of the show he has '40 pages of lines per episode compared to her two.'
He then fired the actress, though it's not clear he's actually in a position to do this, and told bosses he wouldn't show up to work on Monday if Selma was still attached to the project.

What's more, TMZ also contend that Charlie wants to hire Mila Kunis - the girlfriend of his Two and a Half Men replacement Ashton Kutcher - at $1 million dollars per episode. Mail Online have yet to hear back from Selma's spokesperson.

The actress has been a hit as Charlie's best friend Kate, a fellow therapist with whom Charlie's character has an ongoing sexual relationship.
The pair's on-screen chemistry has been praised copiously by TV critics. Charlie's character is a therapist specialising in anger management, and took on Cee Lo Green in one hilarious episode - only for the musician to interrupt his love-making with Selma.
The show, which began last June after Charlie was fired from his sitcom Two and a Half Men, is currently in its second season.It has featured guest appearances from Denise Richards, Lindsay Lohan and Brian Austin Green.
